You will taste burgers, hot dogs, and quesadillas alongside fine-dining bites from the Eterna team. The evening ends with the dessert 'A Childhood Memory,' accompanied throughout by a DJ set from Matěj Ruppert.

Can Moravian wine pair with a smash burger? It can—and it works surprisingly well.
On August 17, three very different worlds will meet at the FATFUCK bistro on Vinohradská: Enovin wines, uncompromising street food, and modern gastronomy.
The evening begins with a tasting of what FATFUCK does best. Burgers, hot dogs, and quesadillas will be served in tasting portions and paired with Enovin wines selected to highlight juicy meat, bold sauces, and the spice of each dish. The pace will then shift as the Eterna team takes over the kitchen, following the street food with several original courses in a modern fine-dining style. This lighter, precise, playful part of the evening is being created especially for the occasion, and its exact form will remain a surprise for now.
Do not expect a traditional tasting,where you simply move from one glass to the next. This will be a complete gastronomic evening built on contrasts, unexpected combinations, and wine showing that it need not belong only with a traditional menu.
The evening's atmosphere will be shaped by Matěj Ruppert and his DJ set.
