How to Order
It is simple and takes just three steps:
- CHOOSE
- ORDER
- PAY
Your wine will then be on its way to you. We think choosing may be the hardest part, simply because there is so much to discover. The good news is that you cannot go far wrong—we only offer wines we genuinely believe in.
WINE SELECTION
We do not play games when it comes to availability. Wines marked as in stock really are in stock. Once your order has been paid, we will pack it and prepare it for dispatch.
Have you found a wine you really want to try, but it is currently sold out? Send us a message at objevte@senseofwine.cz. It may already be on its way, and we will be happy to discuss the options with you.
DELIVERY AND PACKAGING
Would you like to meet us in person? We would be delighted to see you. By prior arrangement, you can collect your wine from our showroom at Petrohradská 216/3, Prague-Vršovice, Prague 10, 101 00. Personal collection is, of course, FREE.
For all other orders, we use Messenger, a courier service operating throughout the Czech Republic. This allows us to ensure that your wines are delivered as quickly as possible, safely and with the care they deserve. We did not want to compromise or risk a damaged bottle spoiling the pleasure of discovering a new wine.
We use high-quality five-layer cardboard packaging that reliably protects the wine while remaining considerate of the environment. We have also chosen paper packing tape, so the boxes can be placed directly in your paper recycling bin. These may seem like small details, but we believe that even modest contributions can make a meaningful difference when we all take part.

Delivery is free for orders over CZK 12,000, regardless of the number of bottles.
We pack and dispatch wines from Monday to Friday. For orders placed before 12:00 noon, we aim to dispatch your wine on the next business day.
PAYMENT
The simplest option is to use the Comgate payment gateway in our online shop. You can pay online by Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Cash payment is also available when collecting your order in person.
When handing over your order, we will verify that you are of legal age to purchase wine.
The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
