HARVEST
Hand-harvested vineyards located near the Atlantic Ocean. Grapes are processed immediately after picking to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Aged for 10 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Lees ageing provides additional texture, volume and complexity while maintaining freshness and vibrancy.

TASTE AND CHARACTER
Intense aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, green apple and white stone fruits are accompanied by subtle herbal, mineral and saline notes. The palate is fresh, vibrant and elegant, with crisp acidity, Atlantic minerality and a delicate sparkling texture. The finish is long, clean and beautifully saline.
SOMMELIER'S TIP
Excellent as an aperitif and a perfect companion to oysters, shellfish, grilled white fish, ceviche, sushi, tapas, goat cheese and light Mediterranean cuisine. Best served at 8–10 °C.
