HARVEST
Hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes. Grapes are picked at optimal ripeness and carefully selected to preserve freshness and varietal character. After destemming, the grapes undergo a three-day cold maceration before fermentation.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels of 225 and 500 litres. This maturation adds complexity, texture and subtle spicy nuances while maintaining the wine's vibrant Atlantic identity.

TASTE AND CHARACTER
The nose offers aromas of red plum, sour cherry and wild berries, layered with spicy notes, dried fruit, balsamic nuances and subtle toasted oak. The palate is fresh and elegant with fine tannins, excellent balance and a persistent finish. A sophisticated combination of fruit, spice and Atlantic minerality defines its character.
SOMMELIER'S TIP
An excellent match for Iberian cured meats, roasted lamb, grilled meats, duck, mushroom dishes and aged semi-hard cheeses. Best served at 14–16 °C and ideally opened 20–30 minutes before serving.
