VINIFICATION AND AGING
Aged on lees (sur lie) for at least 9 months using the traditional bottle fermentation method (Méthode Traditionnelle).
ANALYSIS
Alcohol: 11.5%; Total acidity: 5.5 g/l; pH: 3.10; Residual sugar: 7 g/l.
TASTE AND CHARACTER
The color has an elegant shade of salmon pink. The aroma is fresh and balanced, with notes of fresh red fruit—strawberries, raspberries and ripe forest berries—complemented by delicate nuances of dried fruit and brioche. The taste is harmonious, lively and fruity, with a medium body and pleasant acidity. The wine beautifully combines the fruity notes of the Trepat variety with the subtle complexity of lees aging, which gives it a delicate creaminess and a noble finish.
SOMMELIER'S TIP
We recommend serving chilled between 6–8 °C. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, paella, risotto, light fish dishes, or summer salads.
